The dollar appreciates against the rupee in the interbank and local open currency markets
Karachi, July 18, 2020 (PPI-OT): The dollar continued to appreciate against the rupee in the interbank and local open currency markets.
According to the report of Forex Association of Pakistan, the dollar rose by 35 paise against the rupee in the interbank market on Friday, taking the buying price of the dollar from Rs 166.90 to Rs 167.25 and the selling price from Rs 167.20 to Rs 167.55. In the open currency market, the dollar rose by 10 paise against the rupee, raising the selling price of the dollar from Rs 167.40 to Rs 167.50.
