ISLAMABAD: The Meteorological Department has forecast torrential rains across the country during the coming week. Heavy rains are expected in most parts of Punjab, Kashmir, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Gilgit-Baltistan from Monday to Wednesday. Heavy rains are also expected in some areas.
According to the meteorological department, the rains in Punjab will start on Monday morning and will continue intermittently till Wednesday. During this time, most parts of Upper Punjab and Central Punjab will receive heavy rains. Rains are likely in South Punjab. ۔ Heavy thunderstorms are expected in Sialkot, Gujranwala, Narowal, Gujrat, Sheikhupura, Gujranwala, Lahore, Mandi Bahauddin, Nankana Sahib and most parts of Kasur in Upper Punjab.
